The Benefice comprises four churches in close proximity geographically, they are St. Thomas the Apostle, Killinghall; St. Thomas a Becket, Hampsthwaite and St James’, Birstwith. The Benefice includes Felliscliffe Chapel, built in the days when walking to church at Hampsthwaite from Felliscliffe would have been quite a journey to take every Sunday! As a Benefice, we worship together once a month on the fourth (and fifth if applicable) Sunday of the month, taking it in turns to host the service. This is a great way of connecting with and supporting one another in our faith, sharing in worship and fellowship, and strengthening our mission.
